Pumps are integral components of all major industrial operations and water and wastewater facilities. Pumps move a variety of liquids from various elevations and through various processes. In this webinar, we will look at the major types of pumps, including centrifugal pumps, rotary lobe pump, progressing cavity pump, rotary gear pump, piston pump, diaphragm pump, screw pump, gear pump, and vane pump. In addition, we will discuss how to select the most appropriate pump type and size for the various applications of concern.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
