Mr. Coulter has twenty years of engineering experience in the electronics and chemical industries having worked in both production and R & D settings. Later assignments involved installation of environmental control devices, processing of hazardous materials, and regulatory compliance issues. For the past few years, he has focused on developing environmental and safety courses for engineers and other professionals.

Mr. Coulter obtained his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree (with high honor) at Auburn University in 1979. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has been designated a "Model Law Engineer" by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
