Mr. Liescheidt is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla and is a licensed Professional Engineering in several states. He has the certifications of Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) and Certified Construction Product Representative through the Construction Specification Institute. Mr. Liescheidt began his engineering career in 1978. Since then he has over seventeen years in the consulting engineering segment of the building industry designing HVAC systems including heating/cooling load calculations, product selections, cost estimating, contract document drawings and specification preparation, code analysis, and construction administration for commercial, industrial, institutional and government facilities in the design, bidding and construction phases.

In addition, Mr. Liescheidt has over thirteen years of experience as a technical sales/marketing engineer with a manufacturers’ sales representative company. Mr. Liescheidt has written technical articles for the Engineered Systems publication and also published the HVAC Challenge technical puzzle column in Engineered Systems based on the ASHRAE Handbook.
